Barre is a fascinating combination of ballet dance movements and Pilates exercises. Joy's goal is to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body with small isometric exercises and dance inspired moves. You will need a chair and a mat. The class costs £5 for IVC members and £7 non-IVC. To join us click on https://tinyurl.com/y8u43jdj and follow the online instructions.
