This is Pilates to dance music - so its like being at a healthy disco. Joy will play some danceable music videos and demonstrate the moves for you to follow. But you can be creative..... To join us click on https://tinyurl.com/y8u43jdj and follow the online instructions. You will enter the waiting room and Joy will invite you into the Virtual Pilates gym. Turn on sound and video.
