Some of the Beckenham & Bromley MYN group participate in a monthly Investment Club where we each contribute £25 to invest in UK equities. The meetings are normally held on the second Thursday of the month but temporarily will be on the 3rd Sunday during the afternoon. The Investment Club has been running for just under 25 years, but we always welcome new or potential members. Prospective members are given up to three months to decide whether to join as active members.
The choice of which shares to buy, or to sell, is decided by those particpating in tonight's meeting in a majority decision.. The meeting gives everyone a chance to discuss the stock market, the economy or anything else which members have noted could effect the various share prices.

You can come and join us for the whole weekend or just a day or two. Just book or make enquiries with me, Frances Hart.
We start with a social pub evening on the Friday evening. Coffee morning on Saturday - followed by dinner in the evening. Sunday morning there will be a historial walk around Oxford with a talk on what makes Oxford the city it is renown for. (All events choosen for their link to something historical).
For anyone interested, please contact me as I can also provide information about other tours/interests that you could do in your own time. Together with some suggestions on where to book accommodation. All events will be held in Oxford City.

We are meeting at the Elm Tree pub in Elmers End. This is an Irish pub and is between Elmers End Green and Elmers End tram stop/South-Eastern railway station. Parking is free in the nearby side-streets and in the pub car-park. There are quite a few bus routes in the local vicinity. Most members will be eating here tonight and the meal prices and menu are typical for this type of pub.
