Stretch & Tone Pilates concentrates on improving flexibility and mobility of the spine. Tight muscles can cause imbalances and bad posture. We will focus on body awareness in this class to prevent injuries. You will feel good and you will enjoy yourself. Ideally you should have a pillow and a pilates or yoga mat to lie on - but the floor will do.
