Barre is a fascinating combination of ballet dance movements and Pilates exercises. Joy's goal is to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body with small isometric exercises and dance inspired moves. You will need a chair and a mat. The class costs £5 for IVC members and £7 non-IVC. To join us click on https://tinyurl.com/y8u43jdj and follow the online instructions. You will enter the waiting room and Joy will invite you into the Virtual Pilates gym. Turn on sound and video. No need to book in advance - just join us.
