This form of Pilates is more dynamic and uses up more calories. Combined with a controlled diet it will help you lose weight and look fit and toned.
Once you join the class you will be able to see our teacher Joy Jewson demonstrating the Pilates exercises. Ideally you should have a pillow and a Pilates or yoga mat to lie on - but the floor will do.
