Country walking
We have a country walk of 8 - 12 miles each Sunday and on most Bank Holidays throughout the year led by an experienced leader taking you to some attractive countryside in the Home Counties. Travel is by rail leaving London about 10.00 or you can drive to the country station and meet us there. For lunch we usually stop at a pub where a full meal is available, but you can bring your own food should you wish. Apart from the attractions of the countryside and being in the open air you will enjoy the exercise, keep fit, and perhaps most importantly, be immersed in the good company of your fellow walkers. This is a great way of making new friends and staying fit.
